SHE'S BACK FOR REAL THIS TIME

I'm baccckkkkk!! Lol!! Lord where do I begin...

After completing the semester, I was pissed and drained. I hate those mini semesters. They are deadly!! I ended up finishing the Summer semester with with TWO B's ughhhhh. Thank God that's over! Moving on... Soooo I didn't take take the MCAT because like the wussy that I am, I chickened out by making up lame ass excuses of why I shouldn't take it. SMDH!

Moving on...

This past Fall semester was interesting... I took Abnormal Psych, Clinical Psych and Sociology of Mental Illness. My Sociology course sucked in a major way. I made a B in that class. A damn 87 to be exact! Please believe that she was added to my list of  the worst professors that Kay has encountered. Now my Clinical Psych class was amazing... so amazing that my professor suggested that I go to graduate school to become a clinical psychologist!! I made an A in that class and man did it feel good! Last but not least Abnormal psych was hell on wheels! I always felt behind in that class and that I was walking while everyone else was driving when it came to comprehension. SMH! I worked my ass off in that class and I ended up with another A because of it (Thank God!!).

For a while there, I felt lost and that maybe the MD route wasn't for me anymore.  I even started researching PA programs but after much thought, by taking that route, I felt that I would be settling and I can't do that. Anywho, I guess I'll let you guys go! In my next post I will update you about my next set of courses and my graduation date... Oh and my next MCAT date!!!

  1. Hey doll! Glad you are alive lol! Don't rush the MCAT, take it when you have solidified most of the sciences that is on it. Take it from me, I did not do well on it 3 times. So, when I am done writing a few more books, I will start my review course with the princeton review. No shame in waiting until you are ready. The race is not given to the swift. So, keep working towards finishing that degree. Everything will be pieced together in due time, if you do not give up
