Me: Can I get you anything? Maybe some water for you mam and a movie for your daughter to watch while she waits to see the doctor?

Me: (I'm shocked because if that were me I would be laid out on the floor for talking to my mom that way.)
Patients mom: Where he's been the last two years...with his assistant!!
Me: (Looking shocked and laughing inside walking backwards to the door.) I'll bring that water right back mam!
